We have taken Caden to see Santa every year since birth. Some years have been good and some have been not so good. Last year we went to the hospital where Nana works to visit the big guy and had such a fun time that we went back again.
Last year Caden would not get near Santa unless the rest of us went too. This year he did a little better. He wouldn't sit on Santa's lap, but he would get (kind of) close, but not too close.
Yep, that's it. Just close enough to answer Santa's question, "What do you want for Christmas?" "ThatbigBuzzLightyearandthatrecycletruck."
(I'll translate - That big Buzz Lightyear and that recycle truck.)
And Asher? Well, we could hardly get him to look at the camera because he was too busy checking out Santa's beard.
Caden decided Santa was ok after Nana got in there too.
After we ate breakfast we were visited by Loco the balloon-animal-making clown.
Caden thought he was FUNNY!
Asher had a good time too - mostly with the bell necklace that was in his goodie bag
and he practiced his crawling.
Dude is the fastest backwards crawler you'll ever meet and often backs himself into a corner.
Then we tried to get some pictures of "Santa's Little Helpers" before we left.
If Santa needs any help this Christmas season, I know two little guys who are ready, willing, and able!
Ho, ho, ho!
